1 Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Unique Early Education (ABN 53 939 975 077, Working With Children Check No. 0372087A-03) (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy (collectively, “Site Documents”). If you do not accept them, you must not use the site.
2 We May Update These Terms
We may amend the Site Documents at any time by posting the revised version online. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3 Our Services
Unique Early Education provides information about, and accepts enquiries for, our early-learning programmes from Prep to Grade 4. All information is provided in good faith; however, it is general in nature and not a substitute for professional or regulatory advice specific to your circumstances.
4 Enrolment & Enquiry Forms

Accuracy – When completing any form, you warrant that all information supplied is true, accurate and current.

Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s consent) to submit a form.

Right to Decline – Submission of a form does not guarantee enrolment. We reserve the right to decline or defer any application in line with capacity, regulatory or policy requirements.
5 Privacy & Data Collection
We collect personal information (e.g. name, email, child’s details) to process enquiries and, where you consent, for marketing purposes. Collection, storage and use of personal data comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Detailed information on what we collect, how we use it, and how you can access or correct your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
6 Marketing Communications
Our forms include an explicit opt-in checkbox for receiving marketing emails (newsletters, programme updates, event information).

You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or by contacting us (see section 15).
