About Us

Your Child Is in Great Hands

Educator

With over 30 years of experience and more than 500 students guided under her care, Mamata brings unmatched dedication to early education. As the founder and lead educator at Unique Early Education, she has carefully designed a bespoke curriculum that blends Montessori-inspired learning with structured literacy and numeracy foundations.

Mamata’s passion lies in helping children thrive academically and emotionally—not just in their early years, but throughout primary and secondary school. Her focus on school readiness and high-performance outcomes has helped many students gain entry into some of Melbourne’s top selective schools.

Parents trust Mamata for her nurturing approach, her proven track record, and her commitment to laying the strongest possible foundation for their child’s future.

Philosophy

At Unique Early Education, we understand what matters most to parents: a place where their child is known, supported, and given the tools to thrive. Our philosophy combines Montessori-inspired learning with a structured focus on phonics, numeracy, and social development—giving children the best of both worlds.

We create a calm, respectful environment where children are encouraged to explore their interests, build independence, and grow in confidence. At the same time, we prepare them for the next step in their journey—whether that’s starting school, excelling in the classroom, or preparing for selective school pathways.

Because for us, early education isn’t just about the first few years. It’s about laying the right foundation for a lifetime of learning.

Outcomes

At Unique Early Education, we deliver more than just school readiness—we help children build a strong foundation that lasts. Our outcomes focus on developing early literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills, while also nurturing emotional confidence, independence, and social maturity.

Children graduate from our program ready to succeed in primary school, with many progressing toward selective entry programs and high-performance learning environments. Just as importantly, they leave with the self-belief, curiosity, and resilience to thrive in any classroom.

We measure success not only by what a child can do, but by how confidently they grow into who they are.
